Lava has launched two smartphones in India, the Lava A68 and Lava A32. Both smartphones are listed on the company website with price, and while the company has not mentioned availability details, the handsets should become available via retailers soon. The Lava A68 is priced at Rs. 4,599, while the Lava A32 is priced at Rs. 2,999.
The dual-SIM Lava A68 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and sports a 4.5-inch display with WVGA (480×800 pixel) resolution. It is powered by an unspecified 1.2GHz quad-core SoC that’s coupled with 1GB of RAM. The Lava A68 packs a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash.
The Lava A68 packs 8GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB). Connectivity options include 3G, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, a Micro-USB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It is powered by a 1750mAh battery, and measures 134x66x9.6mm.
The Lava A32 on the other hand dual-SIM phone that runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat. It sports a 4-inch WVGA (480×800 pixels) display, and is powered by a 1GHz single-core SoC coupled with 256MB of RAM.
The A32 sports a 2-megapixel rear camera with flash, and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It comes with 512MB of inbuilt storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). It is powered by a 1500mAh battery, and measures 124.4×64.6×10.8mm. Connectivity options Lava has included on the A32 are 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and FM radio.
