There is lot more to Katrina Kaif than just being a glam doll.

She is busy promoting breast and cervical cancer awareness organized by the Cancer Patients Aid Association in Mumbai.

Straight after the success of Ek Tha Tiger and Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Katrina is busy preparing for Dhoom 3, co-starring Aamir Khan.

“Katrina had an accident while rehearsing for some heavy-duty action scenes for Dhoom 3 in a studio. She fell down while performing a stunt and tore a ligament in her right hand,” a source said on the condition of anonymity.

Coming to this awareness event, Katrina is among the Bollywood celebrities who regularly make appearance for such events.

She clearly enjoys success but that does not mean she have any sort of insecurity in mind.

Recently, Katrina was voted the most downloaded Indian celebrity of this year. She has won this award three times in a row.

Talking about Dhoom 3, Aamir is working hard to get into the shape, as he is going to play the character of a super-thief with acrobatic skills. Meanwhile,  Katrina has to lose weight  in order to play the action girl in the film.
