But as a fan, you do not need to fear as it was all for a joke as she filmed a TV show with 90-year-old Hollywood legend Betty White giving her a make-over.

The hilarious skit sees Kim, who has admitted her pregnancy interacting to Betty while dressed in a small black dress with her hair perfectly styled into a high up bun.

But Betty soon tells Kim she needs to transform her looks for her NBC sketch comedy Off Their Rockers.

Depicting what a sport she is, Kim let Betty dress her in the identical dowdy clothes that the Hot In Cleveland star was sporting for the episode.
