NEW DELHI: It was a sunny morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature settling at 18.4 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season.

The Meteorological Office has forecast a partly cloudy day ahead.

“The day will be partly cloudy and there was mist in the morning,” said an India Meteorological Department official.
